The Kinross Police Rangers participate in a camp each Term. It is expected that all Rangers participate in at least 3 camps per year. Notes for each camp are usually distributed 4 weeks prior to the camp.

Term 1: Rottnest @ Kingston Barracks

Friday 5th April to Saturday 6th April

Term 2: Nanga Bush Camp (Bibbulmun Hike Camp)

Friday 13th June to Sunday 15th June

Term 3: Camp Mornington (Harvey)

Friday 12th September to Sunday 14th September

Term 4: Moore River (Guilderton)

Friday 28th November to Sunday 30th November

This year is also the bi-annual Ranger Rally. This is held during the middle weekend of 3rd Term holidays (approx date: Sunday 5th October to Wednesday 8th October).Ranger Rally is a state-wide competiton held at Camp Mornington. Rangers will compete against other Ranger Units in 4 components (Drill, Physical Challenges, Camping Set-up/cooking and Community Service). In 2005, KPR were runners up and in 2006 we won the Community Service Award.

Rangers can express their interest to Miss Sandhu or Miss Sandhu.
